Dale Coyne Racing are one of four IndyCar teams yet to confirm any driver to be a part of their line-up for the 2025 season.
They have a lot of things to put together in order to be ready for next year, including finding sponsorship and or investors.
IndyCar team Owner Dale Coyne has refused the idea of selling the team, and has no plans to do so at any time in the near future.
It looks like Jack Harvey and Katherine Legge are on their way out of the team, meaning that they need to find two new drivers to put in their cars for 2025.
Dale Coyne ‘open’ to chartering his IndyCar team
Dale Coyne can’t do much worse than they have done recently, having failed to finish inside the top 10 this year.
They will want results to improve in the future, and to do this, they need to secure more investment in the team.
Dale Coyne believes that chartering his team could be the best option – bringing in partners that can help take the team to the next level.

“We’ve had a lot of interest, and people have talked to us about partnering up, so the charter is gonna be very good for us,” Coyne told RACER.
“We’re looking to get partners in here that help either bring sponsorship or some capital, so we’re open to how that looks and what type of partnerships they could be. That’s the way business should work.”
Ending the season on a high
There’s still one event left in 2024 before all attention turns to next season, and improving upon a poor run.
IndyCar returns to the Nashville Superspeedway for the first time since 2008 to host a championship decider between Alex Palou, Will Power and Scott McLaughlin.

If the previous weekend at Milwaukee is anything to go by, then fans should buckle up for more chaos on the track in Tennessee.
It’s an opportunity for teams like Dale Coyne to pinch a result out of the blue, regardless of how poor their recent form has been throughout the season.
All they have to do is survive and make sure their name is in the hat at the end of the race, and they might just be able to wave goodbye to the year on a high.
