The 2024/25 Formula E calendar sees the all-electric racing series stage 16 rounds at
10 cities, with the Season 11 schedule featuring an array of changes from Season 10.
Initial plans for Season 11 saw Formula E announce a 17-round 24/25 calendar with a race in Thailand pencilled in as a TBC event for March 2025. But a race in Chiang Mai was ultimately left off the final version of the calendar as the championship reduced the rounds to 16 races.
Those 16 races will see TAG Heuer Porsche star Pascal Wehrlein strive to defend his drivers’ title after topping the Formula E standings in Season 10. The German denied New Zealander Mitch Evans by six points after 16 rounds. Formula E intended to grow to 17 races in 24/25.
Political changes in Thailand made plans for an ePrix in Chiang Mai no longer possible and as the series had insufficient time to find a replacement, Formula E pressed on with only the 16 races already confirmed. Adding another double-header to the calendar was also dismissed.
Season 11 sees Formula E stage six double-headers, including at the maiden Jeddah ePrix in February 2025 and the season-finale London ePrix come July. Jeddah has replaced Diriyah as Formula E’s home in Saudi Arabia with the series opting to move to the Formula 1 circuit.
Formula E will stage two rounds on an abbreviated version of the Jeddah Corniche Circuit on the Red Sea cost. Diriyah had been a permanent fixture of the calendar for six seasons after first staging Formula E rounds in 2018, before becoming a yearly double-header since 2019.
The loss of an ePrix in Thailand also meant there is a seven-week break between the Jeddah ePrix and the Miami ePrix in April 2025. So, with that in mind, F1 Oversteer runs through the full 2024/25 Formula E calendar with the dates and times of every session during Season 11.
