Rodin Motorsport have completed their 2025 Formula 3 driver line-up with the signing of Roman Bilinski.
The Polish driver joins the team after winning the Formula Regional Oceania Championship; the first title of his junior career so far. Bilinski grabbed six wins and 12 podiums across the year.
The 20-year-old is the third driver to be confirmed by the Kiwi outfit. Louis Sharp will join Rodin in 2025 after the 17-year-old sensation won the GB3 title this season.
Callum Voisin has re-signed with Rodin for next season after finishing 12th in the standings in 2024 as the highest-placed Rodin driver with 67 points and one win.
Roman Bilinski says farewell to Trident as he signs with Rodin Motorsport next season
Bilinski began his racing career in 2019 in the Ginetta Junior Championship, before moving on to the F4 British Championship, spending two seasons in the category and failing to register a win.
Competing in the GB3 Championship in 2021, finishing seventh with three wins, the Polish driver signed with Trident the following year and spent the next three seasons with the team in FRECA.

Bilinski grabbed two podiums in FRECA across those three seasons and registered a best finish of 14th in the standings this year. For 2025, the 20-year-old will move on from Trident and join Rodin in his debut season in Formula 3.
Posting on Instagram, Bilinski expressed his thanks to the Italian team as he wrote a departing message: “3 years! Grazie @trident_team.
“Thank you for all the incredible memories! I love you all.”
Trident will have three new drivers in their line-up in the 2025 Formula 3 season
Trident will field an entirely new driver line-up for the 2025 season as they look to repeat the success of Leonardo Fornaroli, who won the F3 title this year with the team.
Charlie Wurz will join Trident from Jenzer Motorsport in what will be his second season in the category. The Austrian, son of former F1 driver Alex Wurz, finished 22nd in the standings last season with just 10 points.

Noah Stromsted will embark on his first full season in F3 with the team after he made his debut this season at the final round at Monza with Campos Racing, while Raffael Camara joins from PREMA after winning the FRECA title this season.
Finishing second behind PREMA in the Teams’ Championship in 2024, Trident will be hoping to go one better with their new trio, but whether they have another F3 champion on their hands remains to be seen.
