Ricciardo won the 2008 Formula Renault 2.0 WEC and 2009 British F3 titles during his rise to Formula 1, also seeing him join the Red Bull driver academy in 2008.
Yet despite his Red Bull ties, the Perth native made his Formula 1 debut with HRT in the 2011 British Grand Prix at Silverstone. His time with Toro Rosso then led him to join Red Bull in 2014 and Ricciardo won his first F1 race at the 2014 Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal.
